Los Siruelos Bodega / Sixth Borough Portal

Right there.  The open-air portals are the best because you can feel the winds of time on your face.

  1. Siruelos is spelled with a C.
    The letter C is pronounced like an S.
    so its spelled CIRUELOS, but pronounced Siruelos.

    -They're plum trees.

    I'm sure it's done on purpose to hint at the portal that leads to the 6th and its vast plum fields.

    6th = Sexto
    Six = Seis
    Recurring theme is the S

    Hence; Siruelos!

    1. YOU ARE ONTO SOMETHING HERE BUT I DON'T ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURSUE.
      THERE COULD BE DANGER.

      In particular there's that weird performance group out of the 6th that each wear a different "lettered" leotard (there are 26 of them). If you talk too much about letters, the alphabet, or even performance art, they sniff you out and start doing these weird physical bits and/or dances for you, where they look right in your eye the whole time. They're a lot like Hare Krishnas. It's like "The Alphabet" as religion. They're whole tone is like Sesame Street, even when they have coffee with each other.

      The name of the group is actually the entire Alphabet spelled out so we just call them "The Letter Guys".
