Tricycle City: Isaac Quack

Isaac Quack is one of those ducks that just doesn't shut up.  He's always telling the same stories.
He was a Borsch Belt comic in the 60's, and he says he used to sell out shows for years up in the Catskills.
From '70 - to '93 he was Donald Duck's stand-in.  "I could drink all of those yodelers
under the table," Isaac says.  This is Mickey bringing Isaac home after a night spent drinking
root beer in the little bar the toys have set up to the left of the air-vent behind my workshop couch.
They think I don't know about it.
