Hand Made USA Sticker

In 1993, I started my tagging crew called USA, which stood for the Underestimated Sons of Astoria. I shoplifted these labels from the last Woolworths to close its doors on Steinway Street and cut stencils out of xerox paper racked from the newly opened Staples on 21st Street in Queensbridge. Tough as I was, I bought all the spraypaint (every color they had) and went to work in my father's kitchen until our landlord shut me down, screaming that I was a lunatic for using spraypaint in the house, which I was.
