Blue Kills Park: Firework Detritis

People always blow off fireworks at Blue Kills. It's like a thing. 4th of July every day. Cops look the other way, mostly because the Green Pumpkin holds the most sway in Blue Kills, not the cops. No one's ever seen the Green Pumpkin in person but he's got Pumpkin-Guys on his side that do a lot of pumpkin-stuff for him.
