String Cheese Development Center

Polly-O's research and development center is in Bensonhurst Brooklyn.  They won't let you take any
pictures, but if you go inside you can sign a waiver and taste all sorts of new experimental
string cheese.  They have all kinds of crazy string cheese stuff there.  Rope Cheese, Cheese
Hammocks, Cheese thread, and my favorite CHEESE SWEATERS!
